Ingredients : 1tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cummin seeds 1/2 mustard seeds 4 tsp cooking oil coriander leaves curry leaves 2 onion finely chopped 1/2tsp red chill powder 1/2 tsp termeric powder glass of water 1/2 green chilli 1cup gram flour Procedure : 1.Make slurry of gram flour by adding a glass of water(thin paste). 2.Add onion, red chilli, turmeric, coriender leaves. 3.Mix well all ingredients properly keep preparation aside. 4.Add oil in pan heat it then add mustard and cummin seeds then after add curry leaves. 5.Add ginger garlic paste and onion fry for 2 to 3 minutes. 6.Add previously prepared preparation in to oil pan mix with all masala properly. 7.Cook for 5 minute till all water evaporated and remaning paste like residue. 8.Your dish ready to use (try with bajara roti and onion rings with garlic chatani)

Ingredients : Chilli-2tsp Termeric-1tsp Ginger garlic paste-1tsp Salt-as per taste Fish masala-4tsp Oil-2tsp Fish- 2 Banana leaf-1 Procedure: 1.Take a fish wash and clean properly with water. 2.Make incision on her body on both side by using khief 3.Take fish in one pot add chilli.turmeric and ginger garlic paste. 4.Add oil, fish masala and salt mix well make sure all fish should be coated with masala. 5.Make banana leaf packet for 1 fish close the packet tightly same with others too. 6.Put this on the grill or you can directly deep fry in oil to which is possible. 7.Grill for about 15 min and then removed from grill. 8.Fish is ready to eat (try with onion ring and lemon).

                                               Ingredients : ½ new cocnut   1 green chilli curry leaves  ginger(as per taste) garlic (as per taste) 1tsp mustard seed oil and salt Procedure : 1.First crush fresh coconut in to small powder form.  2.Add powdered form of coconut, garlic and ginger piece in to blender and mix well by adding water. 3.Take pan in that add oil and heat three minute on medium flame. 4.Put mustard seeds,curry leaves mix well and add coconut paste stir continuously 5.Add salt for taste and mix all ingredients. 6.Your fresh coconut chutney is ready to serve.

Village style Baigan Bharta (Smoky Brinjal)

                                   Ingredients: 2 Large Brinjal or roasted ad skin removed. 2 large Onions 4 large Tomatoes 2 green chilies, or to taste Salt to taste 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder Fresh Coriander Leaves. You can even use stalks. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala 2 tbsp Ghee or Clarified Butter Procedure: 1.Roast the Brinjal on charcoal and peel its skin off. Make sure the brinjal is properly roasted otherwise it effects the taste and texture of bhartha. 2.mash it roughly using your fingers It will resemble a slimy semi solid paste. Keep aside. 3.Chop Onions, Green Chilies and Ripe Tomatoes*. 4.Add ghee in the pan. 5.Add Onions and green chilies and let them saute till the onions become transparent and soft. 6.add chopped tomatoes. 7.Add salt to the tomatoes so that they cook faster. 8.Cook the tomatoes till they are soft and gooey.
